Heat oil, add sliced onion, chopped tomatoes and ginger garlic paste.
After few minutes, add turmeric powder, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, niggela seeds, bay leaf, mustard seeds.
Add fish in the mixture and cook with ½ a glass of water, till fish tenders.
Separate fish from the mixture, add rice, when it starts boiling and water dries arrange the fish over the top.
Simmer for 5 - 7 minute.
In the end add slit green chilies and lemon slices.
