  • Bottle gourd 1
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Milk solid 125 grams
  • Kewra essence few drops
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp
  • Rice 4 tbsp
  • Clarified butter 4 tbsp
  • Dry fruit for garnish

Cooking Directions

  1. Peel the skin of bottle gourd and take out seeds and shredded.

  2. Take a pan and put clarified butter, bottle gourd and cardamom powder and cook it for 5 minutes.

  3. Now cool it on room temperature and add milk with sugar and cook it on low flame.

  4. When milk starts boiling and all sugar dissolve add rice and cook it.

  5. When batter become thick add milk solid and mix it.

  6. In the end add few drops of essence and dish it out.

  7. Garnish it with dry fruits.
