  • Onion (chopped) 1
  • Garlic (chopped) 6 cloves
  • Tomatoes (chopped) 3
  • Chicken powder/ chicken cubes 2.5 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Butter 100 g
  • Peanuts (peeled) 1 cup
  • Rice 3 cup
  • Water 5.5 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Golden brown the onions in a pan.

  2. Add tomatoes and green chillies in the above pan.

  3. After the ingredients soften a bit, add water in it.

  4. Then add chicken powder and let a boil come.

  5. After that, add rice in the above pot and cook them well.

  6. In another pan, fry the peanuts.

  7. Then add butter in the peanuts and melt it and let them cook well.

  8. Add the peanuts on top of rice, garnish with springs onions if desired and serve.
