Ingredients

  • Chicken breast ½ kg cubed
  • Capsicums 2 cubed
  • Mushrooms 6
  • Parathay 6
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic 2 tsp chopped
  • Thyme ½ tsp
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Olive oil 4 tbsp
  • For chutney:
  • Green chilies 4
  • Sesame seeds ½ cup
  • Tamarind pulp ½ cup
  • Whole white cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate chicken with black pepper powder, salt, tomato paste, mustard paste, thyme, garlic, 2 tbsp cream and lemon juice in a bowl and leave aside for half an hour.

  2. Skew alternately chicken pieces, capsicums and mushrooms on 6 shashlik sticks.

  3. Heat grill pan, put oil and grill shashlik from both sides.

  4. Blend together all ingredients for chutney.

  5. Slide off sheesh touk from shashlik sticks onto parathas, put chutney and remaining cream on them and roll parathas.

  6. Serve.
