Ingredients

  • Minced meat 1/2 Kg
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Butter 2tbsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves 2tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Tomato 3 medium size
  • Sliced ginger 1tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 3-4
  • Red chili powder 1 -1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1tsp
  • Cumin powder 1tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat up oil and add ginger garlic paste in Handi and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  2. Add tomatoes, sliced ginger, chopped green chilies, red chili powder, turmeric powder, crushed black pepper, coriander powder and cumin powder. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

  3. Now add minced meat in it and cook for another few minutes.

  4. Cover Handi with lid and leave for 10-15 minutes on a slow flame.

  5. At the end, add butter and coriander.

  6. Cover it for 2 minutes and your Qeema Masala Handi is ready.

  7. Serve with Roghni Naan or Roti.
