Qeema Masala Handi

Heat up oil and add ginger garlic paste in Handi and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add tomatoes, sliced ginger, chopped green chilies, red chili powder, turmeric powder, crushed black pepper, coriander powder and cumin powder. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

Now add minced meat in it and cook for another few minutes.

Cover Handi with lid and leave for 10-15 minutes on a slow flame.

At the end, add butter and coriander.

Cover it for 2 minutes and your Qeema Masala Handi is ready.

Serve with Roghni Naan or Roti.
