Ingredients

  • Potatoes ½ kg (boiled)
  • Macaroni ½ packet (boiled)
  • Chicken 250 gm (boiled)
  • Egg 3 – 4
  • Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • White cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Green onions ½ bunch (chopped)
  • Bread crumbs 2 cups
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chinese salt ½ tsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Mash the potatoes. In a mixing bowl mix together the potatoes, macaroni and chicken.

  2. Then add the black pepper powder, white cumin powder, chopped green onions, chinese salt and salt.

  3. Shape into cutlets lengthwise.

  4. Dip into beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs.

  5. Deep fry and serve with ketchup.
