  • Mutton mince 250 gm
  • Black pepper ½ tsp (crushed)
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Peanut powder 25 gm (fried)
  • Garlic clove 3 – 4 (chopped)
  • Ginger 1 medium sized piece
  • Water ½ cup
  • Green onion 1
  • Fresh coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 3 tbsp
  • Ice berg lettuce 2
  • Salt as required
  • Oil 3 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry chopped garlic and ginger until it turns golden and fragrant.

  2. Add the minced mutton and fry till it changes the color.

  3. Now mix salt and rest of all the ingredients.

  4. Add yogurt, stir fry for 5 minutes then add water.

  5. Cover the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes.

  6. Remove the lid and cook till the water dries, pour lemon juice.

  7. Divide the mutton mixture among prepared lettuce leaves.

  8. Wrap leaves loosely around filling and serve.
