Wash the arvi well, peel and cut lengthwise.
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Add the fenugreek.
After a few minutes add the arvi.
After 5 minutes add Carom seeds, red chilies, onion seeds, salt and cumin seeds.
Cook on low flame.
When the arvi becomes tender add mango dry powder and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
Serve with puris.
