Soak grewia overnight in water in the fridge.
Next day blend into a smooth puree.
Sieve and remove pulp; discard seeds.
Mix grewia puree with sugar, lemon juice, rose water, black salt and blend again.
Fill mixture into plastic glasses, cover the top of glass with foil.
Insert a wooden ice-cream stick into mixture through the foil and keep it in the freezer for 8 to 10 hours or until set.
