Ingredients

  • Mutton minced 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tenderizer 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Red chili 1, 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/4 cup
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Gram flour 1 tbsp
  • Brown onion grounded 1
  • Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate the minced meat with all the ingredients for 1, 1/2 hours.

  2. Give it the smoke of inflamed coal.

  3. Put on skewers.

  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook on low flame.

  5. Serve with vegetables and chutney.
