Take boiled potatoes and chick peas mash them together.
Add cumin, coriander, dry mango powder, salt, onion, tomatoes, coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chilies in potatoes and chick peas mixture.
Mix well and make flat and round tikkis.
For Batter: Dissolve gram flour in water along salt, red chili, turmeric and cumin.
Mix to form a smooth paste, now dip tikkis in batter and shallow fry till golden.
Delicious Aloo Chanay ki tikki is ready to serve.
