  • Undercut beef ½ kg
  • Long buns 4
  • Onions ½ (sliced)
  • Garlic 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp (crushed)
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Cucumber 1 - 2 (thinly sliced lengthwise)
  • Carrots 1 - 2 (thinly sliced lengthwise)
  • Oil 2 - 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. cut the undercut beef in thin slices.

  2. Heat oil in a grill pan, add chopped onions and garlic.

  3. Fry for 2 minutes, then add beef and fry for further 5 minutes.

  4. Then add the soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper and salt.

  5. Add the lemon juice mix well and remove from the flame.

  6. Open the buns lengthwise and toast on a griddle.

  7. Add sliced carrots and cucumbers.

  8. Spread the bottom halves of the buns with the sliced vegetables and top with a layer of beef.

  9. Place the tops of the sandwiches over and serve.
