In a pan heat 100g ghee and fry gum and then chop in chopper.
Add 100g ghee in the same pan and add wheat flour, cook for 10 minutes till changes colour and give aroma.
Add the chopped gum and mix well, add poppy seed, gur, fennel seed, cardamom powder, half of the almonds, pistachios and coconut.
Mix well and remove from stove.
Take out in a dish or plate garnish with remaining almonds, pistachio, coconut and cut into square pieces and serve.
