  • لہسن (کٹی ہوئی) دس جوے
  • کشمیری لال مرچ تین عدد
  • سویا سوس چار چائے کے چمچ
  • چکن پاؤڈر ڈھائی چائے کے چمچ
  • چاول ڈھائی کپ
  • تیل حسب ضرورت
  • ہری پیاز پانچ عدد

  1. چاول اُبال کر ایک طرف رکھیں۔

  2. لہسن اور مرچ کی چٹنی بنا کر تیل گرم کر کے سوتے کر لیں۔

  3. پھر اس میں چاول کو سویا سوس اور چکن پاؤڈر ڈال کر مکس کر لیں۔

  4. گارلک فرائیڈ رائس تیار ہیں۔

  5. ہری پیاز سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔
