Mix refined flour ,sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
In a separate bowl mix eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla essence.
Add in the dry ingredients mixed earlier ,and mix well.
Add hot water to this mixture and whisk the mixture with an electric beater.
Whisk at increased speed for another 2 mins.
Pour this mixture in a baking dish and bake in a pre-heated oven for 30-40 mins.
Insert a toothpick in the cake ,if it comes out clean , brownies ready.
Take them out of the oven and serve with your favorite ice cream.
