Wash rice and soak it for 1 – 2 hours.
Now strain the rice, boil and set aside.
Then in a pan heat the clarified butter and fry fennel seeds, black pepper, cloves and bay leaf.
Now add ginger garlic paste in a same pan and fry it properly.
Then add turmeric, salt and rice mix it and fry on low flame.
Now simmer it and serve hot.
