  • Big prawns ½ kg
  • Fresh red chili 3
  • Garlic clove 2
  • Peanuts 2 tbsp
  • Pistachios 2 tbsp
  • Ginger 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Red chilies 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Yogurt 3 tbsp
  • Coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Finely chop the ginger, peanuts and pistachios.

  2. Also finely chop the fresh red chilies.

  3. Heats oil in a wok and sauté the garlic cloves.

  4. Add the ginger, peanuts, pistachios and fry for 3 - 4 minutes.

  5. Add the finely chopped fresh red chilies and yogurt.

  6. Now add prawns and crushed red chili. Mix well.

  7. After 3-4 minutes add salt, black pepper and chopped coriander.

  8. Lastly add butter and serve.
