Ingredients

  • Eggplant 1
  • Potatoes 1
  • Onion 1
  • Capsicums 2
  • Eggs 2 (beaten)
  • Gram flour ½ cup
  • Refined flour 1 ½ cup
  • Red chillies powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut julienne all vegetable.

  2. Sieve gram flour and refined flour in a bowl, add salt, red chili powder, eggs, and water to make a thick paste.

  3. Heat oil in a wok.

  4. Coat vegetables with paste and fry them one by one.

  5. Remove on absorbent paper when golden.

  6. Serve delicious vegetable tempura with chutney.
