Ingredients

  • Eggs 1 dozen
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Onions 3 medium
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Cooking bananas 4
  • Green chillies 3
  • Ghee or oil 2 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil 10 eggs, shell and chop coarsely.

  2. Chop onions finely, slice green chilies and chop tomatoes.

  3. Boil the bananas, peel and divide lengthwise.

  4. heat the ghee and fry the onions lightly.

  5. Add tomatoes and spices and fry till cooked.

  6. Put in the chillies, coriander leaves, salt, boiled eggs and remaining 2 eggs, lightly beaten.

  7. Fry, stirring constantly till the mixture thickens but does not dry up.

  8. Serve piled in the cent of a flat dish with the cooked bananas arranged around it.

  9. It can also be eaten on toast.
