  • سوکھی خوبانی آدھا کلو (Apricot ½ kg dried)
  • فریش کریم دو پیکٹ (Fresh cream 2 packets)
  • بادام پندرہ سے بیس عدد (باریک کٹے ہوئے( (Almonds 15-20 crushed)

  1. سوکھی خوبانی دھو کر پانی میں اُبالیں (boil)۔

  2. جب وہ خوب گَل (tender) جائے تو ٹھنڈا (cool) کرکے درمیان میں سے بیج (seed) نکال لیں اور اچھی طرح کُچل (grind) لیں۔

  3. پھر انھیں ڈش (dish) میں پھیلا کر خوب ٹھنڈا (cool well) کریں۔

  4. آخر میں ان پر پھینٹی ہوئی کریم  (cream)اور بادام ڈال کر ٹھنڈا سرو (serve cold) کریں۔

  1. you have forgotten to take sugar in this recipe because n hyderabad sugar is also added if you do not add sugar it will not be called as khoobani ka meetha
