Ingredients

  • Coriander seeds 3 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
  • Red chili 6 – 8 (whole)
  • Ginger powder ½ tsp (dried)
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Black salt ¼ tsp
  • Tartary ¼ tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. In a frying pan add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, red chilies.

  2. Spread on griddle and sauté.

  3. After this add dried ginger powder, salt, black salt and tartary.

  4. Chop all the ingredient together in the chopper.

  5. Dahi Baray ka Masala is ready to serve.
