  • Bread slice 8 – 10
  • Evaporated milk 1 tin
  • Almond 10 - 12
  • Dry apricot 10
  • Small cardamom 4
  • Oil as required
  • Corn flour 2 tsp
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Orange marmalade 2 tbsp
  • Silver paper as required

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut slices in 2 - 4 pieces.

  2. Take out almond from apricot.

  3. Cut apricot and almond in small pieces.

  4. Now crush cardamom with 1 tbsp of sugar.

  5. Heat up oil in a wok and put slices to fry till it turns golden brown and spread it on absorbing paper.

  6. Take another frying pan and add evaporated milk, corn flour and cardamom and make a thick batter.

  7. Melt sugar and make caramel and put almond and apricot in it.

  8. When chill out add marmalade in it.

  9. Now first place the fried pieces of bread.

  10. Then place layer of milk batter and in the end place layer of apricot.

  11. Garnish it with silver paper.
