  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Tomato 5
  • Ginger (chopped) 2 pieces
  • Garlic (chopped) 6 cloves
  • Salt as to taste
  • Black pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Coriander (sabut dhanya) 1 tbsp
  • Fresh corriander (Hara dhanya) 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies 4-5
  • Butter 150 g

Cooking Directions

  1. Add 1 cup water in a pan and boil the mutton.

  2. Then add ginger,garlic, and tomatoes in it.

  3. Let them cook till the water dries.

  4. Add black pepper, coriander,green chillies, butter and fresh coriander.

  5. Cover the lid and leave to cook on low heat.
