Ingredients

  • Beef mince ½ kg
  • Onions 2 (chopped)
  • Green chilies 4 (chopped)
  • Green coriander 1 bunch (chopped)
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder ½ tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan heat oil and fry chopped onions.

  2. In a little water add turmeric powder, red chili powder and ginger garlic paste and add in onion to cook.

  3. Now add mince and salt. Cover and cook.

  4. When meat mince tender, add chopped green chilies and chopped green coriander to serve.
