Ingredients

  • Chick peas 250 g
  • Eating soda ½ tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Nigella sativa ½ tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil ½ cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Take chick peas and soak it for whole night.

  2. Now take a bowl put chick peas with water, fry on low flame.

  3. When it gets tender then mash it well.

  4. Then take oil and add red chili powder, salt, nigella sativa and mustard seeds, mix it and set a tardka on chickpeas.
