For Samosa sheets: In a mixing bowl add fine flour, clarified butter and water as required, knead the flour and set aside for a while.
Then roll the roti with roller and make circle shape sheet with small cup.
For Filling: In a mixing bowl solid milk, sugar, raisins, sesame seeds, coconut, poppy seeds and kewra essence, mix it well and prepare filling.
Now put mixture in samosa sheets and seal its sides forming shape of a half moon.
After this heat the oil and fry the samosay.
Now dish out and serve it.
