Ingredients

  • Lauki 500 gm
  • Red lentil/masoor daal 1 cup
  • Red chilli 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tamarind 1 cup
  • Curry leave 6-8
  • Tomato 1
  • Onion 2
  • Cinnamom 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli 4
  • Fresh coriander
  • Ginger 1 inch

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil red lentil and grind it.

  2. Chop onion and fry browm add ginger garlic, red chilli, turmeric, curry leave and fry it.

  3. Add lauki in it and fry for a while add little water and cover lid and leave for 2 minutes.

  4. When lauki tenders add tomato, salt, tamarind, green chilli, boiled daal and coriander cook for 5 minutes.

  5. Serve hot with zera rice and bun.
