In a frying pan put black onion seed, aniseed, whole coriander, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and slightly sauté and grind it.
Transfer it in a pan and add oil, onion, tamarind paste, red chili paste, dried mango powder, salt and cook for a short while.
Add pre-cooked potatoes in it and cook until the spice mixture turns thick.
Garnish with green chilies, and coriander.
Dish is ready to serve.
