In a bowl add the ginger garlic paste, black pepper, red chili powder, vinegar, and salt.
Mix all the ingredients well.

In a large pan heat some oil and place the chicken inside.
Cover and cook the chicken for half an hour.
When the water becomes dry add the butter and fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes.
The chicken sajji is ready to serve.
