Puri (Fried Flat Bread)

Knead flour into dough by adding water and mixing properly.

When the dough is ready, apply a little oil on it to keep it soft.

Leave the dough to set properly for half an hour.

Make small balls of the dough and spread with the rolling pin.

Apply water on hands if dough is sticky.

Deep fry till it becomes light golden.

It would take not more than few seconds. So handle carefully otherwise puri will become crisper.

Serve hot with terkari, bhujia, halwa or your choice of curry.
