Ingredients

  • Tenderlion or Undercut Beef 250 gm thinly sliced
  • Onion 1 cut into squares
  • Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger Paste 1/2 tsp
  • Medium Green Chillies deseeded and slit 3
  • Oil as required
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Cornflour 1 tbsp or enough to dust the beef
  • Salt as required
  • Red Chillies 2 deseeded and thinly sliced
  • Rice Vinegar 1 tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate the beef in soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper.

  2. Now right before cooking dust the beef with corn flour.

  3. Heat oil in a wok to smoking point add the oil and garlic and ginger along with the marinated beef.

  4. Now flash fry for 4 to 5 minutes then add the onions and sugar.

  5. Check the seasoning to see if you require to add salt or pepper.

  6. Now add the chillies and cook for 2 minutes until meat is cooked through and tender and serve.
