  • Peas 1 cup (boiled)
  • Onion 1 (grated)
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Malai ½ cup
  • Milk ¼ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Sugar ½ tsp
  • White pepper ¼ tsp
  • Dry fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts 2 tbsp (ground)

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil, add onion and cook on low heat till oil separates, do not brown the onion.

  2. Add salt, chili powder, white pepper, sugar, all spice, dry fenugreek leaves and malai cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Add boiled peas, cashew nut paste and cook for few seconds.

  4. Lastly add a milk to get thick gravy.

  5. Serve hot with puri.
