Heat the milk with the cardomom. Boil it 2 to 3 times then add the grated carrots and cook it for 5mins
Now add the boiled rice and simmer it on low flame for 10 mins. when the carrots have become soft and rice has almost dissolved then add the sugar and the condense milk (since the condense milk is sweet so becarefull while adding sugar).
Also add the sliced almond. keep stirring so that it dosent stick to the bottom.
When the gajrela has thicken and the texture has become creamy remove from the flame.
Dish it out and decorate it with pista's almonds and silver leave.
Refrigerate it and serve chilled

it clearly mentions 1TIN of condense milk and sugar according to ur taste bcoz condense milk is already sweet so taste it while adding sugar. silver leaves are silver papers chandi ka waraq.
to be honest, i didnt understand what silver leaves are. it also doesnt say how much sugar your supposed to use, and how much condensed milk????????? very very confused
