Cook the raw mangoes in the pressure cooker for 5-7 min.
Strain the water and then in a pan add the mangoes and add all the ingredients except the onion and the curry leaves.
Now add 1 cup of coconut and allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes.
Then add the 2nd cup of milk into it and allow it to simmer for another 5 minutes.
In a frying pan temper the onion and the curry leaves till golden brown and pour it on top of the mango curry.
Mango curry is ready, it can be served hot or cold.
