  • Cottage Cheese 1 packet
  • Gram flour (besan) 1 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Chicken Cube 1
  • Red Pepper 4 (julienned)
  • Green Chilies 6 (crushed)
  • Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
  • Soda Bi Carbonate a pinch
  • Yogurt 1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix together chickpea flour, egg, red pepper, cumin seeds, yogurt, soda bi carb, coriander leaves, green chilies, chicken cube and salt.

  2. Add in luke warm water and mix well to make smooth batter.

  3. Now add grated cottage cheese.

  4. Heat oil in a wok and make pakoras from the ready mixture.

  5. When the pakoras turn golden brown, remove them on a tissue paper so that it absorbs the excess oil. Serve with ketchup.
