Ingredients

  • Chicken breast 1
  • Chickpeas 1 cup boiled
  • Onions 2
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Fresh coriander ¼ bunch
  • Green chilies 5
  • White cumin seeds 1 tbsp crushed
  • Coriander 1 tbsp crushed
  • Red chilies 1 tbsp crushed
  • Dry fenugreek 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut chicken into small and thin pieces.

  2. Blend half chickpeas finely in blender and keep aside remaining whole chickpeas.

  3. Mix all ingredients including chicken and chickpeas except oil in a bowl.

  4. Heat oil in a wok.

  5. Spoon in mixture in wok and fry dumplings till golden.

  6. Remove on absorbent paper.
