Heat the oil in a pan,and saute the onions till they turn pink.
Stir in the garlic & ginger pastes,the cumin, turmeric & red chilli powders,& the cloves.
Stir fry the masala till the oil comes to surface.
Add the mince, tomatoes and the salt, fry for about 10 minutes, till the mince is well cooked, then add water.
Cook on medium heat till the mince is tender.
Stir in the peas,cover,and simmer on low heat,adding water as required,till the peas and mince are fully cooked.
Sprinkle the gram masala & roasted coriander powders.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
