Slice beef undercut in steak form and hammer gently.
In a bowl, add oil, lemon juice, mustard paste, ¼ cup Worcester sauce, white vinegar, HP sauce, ginger garlic paste and crushed black pepper and mix all ingredients well.
Marinate steaks with this paste and rest it for about 30 minutes.
Heat a grill pan and slightly grease it, keep the steaks for grilling.
Turn steaks to other side after 10 minutes.
Sauté sliced onion until it turns golden.
Then add a glass of water, salt, crushed black pepper, remaining Worcester sauce and allow cooking until it reaches a boil.
Now add sauteed flour to thicken the mixture.
In a platter, serve steak topped with brown sauce.
