Add brown sugar and water in a pot and cook to make sugar syrup.
When sugar syrup is prepared, then add green cardamom powder and screw pine, turn off the flame.
Put 125 gm clarified butter and yogurt in a bowl. Mix well.
Then add flour in the mixture and gently mix to make dough.
If water is required, add a little water.
Now make balls of the dough.
Heat oil or clarified butter in a frying pan and fry balls on low flame till golden brown.
Strain out the balls and dim them in syrup.
Yogurt Balushahi are ready to serve.
