  • Sponge cake 1
  • Peach 1
  • Lemons 3
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Walnuts 1 cup sliced
  • Strawberry jelly 1 packet
  • Fresh cream 2 packets
  • Corn flour ½ cup
  • Warm milk 1 ½ cup

Cooking Directions

  1. In a cooking pot, add milk, corn flour and sugar and stir together with a wooden spoon to form thick custard.

  2. Make a layer of custard in (not a very deep) platter and top it with slices of a sponge cake.

  3. Pour warm milk and juice of lemons immediately on top of it.

  4. Freeze strawberry jelly powder and spread its pieces on cake.

  5. Also sprinkle finely sliced walnuts and some peaches.

  6. Repeat the layers again with custard, cake, warm milk, lemon juice, jelly, peaches and then custard.

  7. Now pour fresh cream on the top and garnish with peaches, walnuts and jelly.

  8. Keep in refrigerator to chill thoroughly and serve.
