Ingredients

  • Flour 2 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Oil/ghee 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  • Egg yolk 1

Cooking Directions

  1. Melt ghee put sugar in it.

  2. Add sieved flour and baking powder.

  3. Mix all well until become smooth dough.

  4. Make balls and give naan khatai shap.

  5. Place on baking tray and brush with egg yolk on surface.

  6. Bake for 200C for 12-15 minutes.
