- The simple potato wada/samosa gets a wonderful taste when you served it with mouth-watering sour and spicy chickpeas chaat. The samosas should be more crispy for the chaat to taste more delicious, so you need to put them fry in hot oil just for one or two minute if the samosas are not crispy enough.
