Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan, add garlic clove and onion, fry till onion is tender.
Now add mutton liver, fry for 1 – 2 minutes.
Now add water, cover and cook for 6 – 8 minutes.
Then remove lid, add celery stick, carrot and green chilies.
Also add lemon juice and tomato paste. Fry well for 1 – 2 minutes.
Now add parsley, salt and black pepper powder. Fry well over high flame.
Remove from fire and keep aside.
Cut French bread into slices and deep fry till golden brown.
Remove from oil and arrange in a serving tray.
Top with a spoonful of liver mixture, garnish with tomato cubes and cucumber cubes, serve hot.
