Marinate mince with ground onion, raw papaya paste, bread slice, ginger garlic paste, roasted gram flour, garam masala powder, ground mace and nutmeg, crushed red pepper, crushed roasted coriander, and bihari kabab masala; mix all well and leave for 1 hour.
