  • Mutton brain 2
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chinese salt 1/4 tsp
  • Egg 1 (beaten)
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs for rolling

Cooking Directions

  1. Wash brain and boil with salt and turmeric.

  2. Strain water and keep aside.

  3. Mix ginger garlic paste, salt, cumin powder, all spice powder, black pepper powder, Chinese salt and 2 tbsp bread crumbs in brain and keep aside for 15 minutes.

  4. Then make cutlets of this mixture.

  5. Dip cutlets in egg and roll in bread crumbs.

  6. Heat oil and fry the cutlets.

  7. Serve with salsa.
