Boil the eggs.
Heat clarified butter in a frying pan and fry the eggs.
Heat clarified butter in a pot and fry finely sliced onions till they turn golden.
Dice the tomatoes and add them to the onions.
Add ginger/garlic paste and fry.
Add all-spice powder, red chillies and turmeric powder.
Fry some more. Add mince and water and mix well.
Cover the pot with lid and keep the mince on low flame to cook.
When mince gets tender and oil appears on the surface, add green chillies and chopped coriander leaves.
Let it cook for a while and then add onion seeds and eggs.
Cover and steam on very low heat for a few minutes and then take out in a dish and serve.
