Ingredients

  • Chicken 1/2 kg boneless
  • Mushroom 1 cup sliced
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Onion 3 tbsp chopped
  • Low fat curd 1 cup
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Yoghurt 1 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry for 2 minutes.

  2. Then add the chicken ,salt, black pepper andili powder fry for another 2 minutes.

  3. In a bowl add the mushrooms, yoghurt, curd and flour and mix well.

  4. Then add this mixture to the chicken and cook uncovered till the sauce thickness.

  5. Garnished with coriander leaves.
