  • Very fine gram flour 3 cups
  • Sugar (ground finely) 2 cups
  • Pure ghee 3 tsps
  • Nuts (chopped) 1 cup
  • Cardamoms (crushed) 2

Cooking Directions

  1. Fry the besan in ghee on a very low flame till lightly browned.

  2. Remove from flame and add the ground sugar immediately.

  3. Mix well. Add about ½ large spoon of ghee to bind it so that it forms laddoos after the besan has cooled.

  4. Do not add too much ghee.

  5. Crush nuts and cardamoms finely and mix in the besan before forming the balls.
