Wash chicken, apply vinegar and pinch of food color on chicken.
In a bowl add yogurt, crushed red chili, crushed black pepper, ginger garlic paste, tandoori chicken masala and salt to mix and marinate chicken in it.
Now pour lemons juice on chicken and give steam and cover the lid.
When chicken water dries, deep fry it on low flame.
