Ingredients

  • Mutton brain 2
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Onion 2 cup (thinly sliced)
  • Tomatoes 3 (chopped)
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Green chilies 3 (chopped)
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • All spice ½ tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil add sliced onions, fry till transparent.

  2. Add in chopped tomatoes with ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, turmeric, fry well.

  3. Add brain, cook covered for 10 minutes.

  4. Lastly add chopped green chilies, coriander leaves and all spice.
